Reminder: Wednesday 7/3 we will not be at the school for camp as we will be in Wray at the fish hatchery. If you are interested in our fishing trip that day, please let Mrs. Baucke know.
Friendly reminder: Because physicals were not offered as a school wide function this year, parents will need to make their athlete's appointment at your convenience. Both Yuma and Akron are offering appointments specific to Sports Physicals ...June 26th in Yuma and June 28th at Akron.

Throwers will be meeting again this Monday, June 24th, at 9am. We are planning to meet every Monday for the rest of the summer as schedules allow.
Our summer camp will have guest coaches this week for wrestling and gymnastics! No experience needed, just clean socks!

Coach Alyssa will be meeting with any JH or HS throwers who want to work on their shot and discus skills Monday, June 17th at 9am at the school. Hope to see lots of kids there!
Any vaulter planning to attend the Yuma Pole Vault Camp who needs a ride can meet Mrs. Ely at Lone Star. She will leave Lone Star at 745 am each day and return back to the school at 1215 Monday and Tuesday and return at 1245 Wednesday and Thursday.
Remember, beginner and intermediate vaulters attend camp Monday and Tuesday. Advanced vaulters participate Wednesday and Thursday. Please reach out to Mrs. Ely and let her know if you will be riding with her from Lone Star.

Our youth summer program starts tomorrow 9am at Lone Star School. The van from Yuma will leave at 8:20 am from the Family Dollar parking lot, and return at approximately 11:40 am. If your child requires a booster seat, please provide one for the ride. See you tomorrow!
Coach Harty Sporing wants to invite any JH or HS throwers to come work on their skills for discus and shot during the summer. The first practice session will be Friday, June 7th, at 9:00 am. If you have any questions, please call her directly at 970-630-5699.

HS Boys Basketball open gym to prep for Yuma Team camp will be May 27th 6:30-8am. Yuma Team Camp is May 28-29th. If you are riding the bus, please be at Lone Star at 12:50 BOTH days. We will leave at 1 for games starting at 2. Game times on Tuesday are 2, 4, and 5.
TOMORROW'S AGENDA: 8:00 a.m. Elementary Awards followed by Field Day. Around Noon we will have our Annual End of Year Luncheon. Buses will run at 1:00 p.m.
