The junior high track bus is leaving the meet right now. If you are using the Otis pick up please be there on time. We will be there shortly. Please have a ride for your athlete. Another message will go out when the bus is leaving Otis.

There is a change in the Junior High track Schedule. We will not be attending the Yuma Meet on May 3rd. It is their league meet and we are not part of their league. For tomorrow's meet in Akron, the athletes will be leaving directly after the buses arrive in the morning. There will be no pickups in Otis, but there will be a drop off in Otis on the way home.

JH TRACH ATHLETES: JH track bus is leaving tomorrow at 7:40 am. Right after all the buses get to school. We will only have a drop off point in Otis AFTER the meet. Not before. It’s going to be cold and wet so please bring proper clothing. Thank you! If you plan on meeting the team there please approve that through Janet and Coach Serrato. Reminder: Spring concert is tomorrow night @ 6:15 Students, please be in your classrooms by 6:00 Pancake Supper will begin at 5:00! There will be BACON!! Adult meal: $5 Student meal $4 4 and under - Free Afghan and Lone Star Sign raffle tickets will be sold at the door. $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20 - Winner will be announced at the concert.

Spring sports physicals will be on May 10th at 9 am. We will be taking a bus from Lone Star to the Yuma clinic. Any student that wants to participate in sports for next year will need a physical. Yuma Clinic is providing these free of charge to all of our secondary students. Please fill out the form and make sure you sign it and return it with your student to the school as soon as you can so we can get a list put together. High school track athletes are heading to holyoke today. The meets starts at 2pm and they will leave the school at 12:45.

REMINDER: Junior High track meet tomorrow at Hi-plains. Bus leaves the school at 6:45 am and there is a pick up in Otis at 7:00am. Please make sure your athlete has everything they will need.

Afghan and Custom Metal sign tickets are on sale now in the office for the Rhoades scholarship. You can also purchase them the night of the concert. $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20 Also, the deadline to nominate an employee for the Dorothy Klinzmann award is May 6th. The Pole Vault competition from Tuesday was rescheduled for tomorrow morning. This is for High School Pole Vaulters and will start at 9 am in Yuma.

We will be at the school in 10 minutes with the JH track athletes. Please be there on time to get your athletes.
