Afternoon bus drivers will run regular routes today.
HS boys and girls Varsity and JH A and B team boys JH A team girls only basketball game is tonight @ Arickaree against Arickaree/Woodlin starting at 4:00 pm.
Order of games are as follows:
JH A girls, JH A boys, JH B boys (1/2 game), Varsity Girls, Varsity Boys.
Tomorrow, we will be implementing a late start. Classes will begin at 10:00 am. Vicky's route will make one stop at the feedlot at 9:15. Rocky's route will make one stop at Rogers at 9:30. Mr. Bitterman will be running a storm route as well. Breakfast will not be served.
Due to deteriorating road conditions basketball practice has been cancelled. Mr Bitterman wil be taking his route to Otis.
Due to deteriorating road conditions: Vicky's afternoon bus route will make 1 stop in Otis and 1 stop at the feedlot outside of Yuma, Rocky's afternoon bus route will make one stop at Bob Roger's house. If you woud like to pick your student(s) up, please notify the office before 3:30p.m.

Due to incoming weather, Lone Star School will have a remote learning day at home tomorrow, January 18, 2023. Please note:Teachers will be communicating expectations directly with your students. Each class may be different.

For those of you who were planning to attend the Wyatt Strand service tomorrow in Sterling, it has been changed to Thursday, January 19 at 11:00 a.m. at the Berean Church.
8th grade will be having a dinner at Tuesday's basketball home game. The game starts at 3:30 pm. Please come support the 8th grade class by eating some delicious food!
The meal is $7.00 with your choice of a loaded baked potato or fries. Meal includes entree, drink, and a dessert. If you would like both a baked potato and fries the price is $8.00 for the meal!

Lone Star will be on a two hour delayed start tomorrow. All bus routes will run two hours later than the normal time. Breakfast will not be served tomorrow and classes will begin at 10:00 am.
School will be released at 2:30 pm today due to the high wind and road conditions. Busses will run at 2:40 pm. If you would like to pick up your student at the school please call the front office so we can have them prepared. Thank you
