We have made the decision to cancel school this Thursday, March 10th. Many people from our staff, student body, and community will be gone supporting our girls at state. We are hopeful that everyone can make it to Greeley to cheer on our lady longhorns in their first ever state basketball appearance.

Order must be in by 7 pm (sunday March 6th) - team roster will be on the back and front will have Lone Star Longhorns state basketball 2022 (or something close to that) Adults, youth and toddler sizes available. With the weather being unpredictable tomorrow morning we are not going to take a spirit bus to the game.
Parents: Due to sickness, Mrs. Manuello and Ms. Serrato will not be able to be at Parent/Teacher conferences tonight. Mr. Arnoldy will be available from 4:00- 6:00. We will be rescheduling times to meet with Mrs. Manuello and Mrs. Serrato at a later date. Thank you for your understanding.
Reminder: Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, March 3rd from 4:00-7:00. Elementary conferences scheduled were communicated directly with parents. All conferences will be held in teachers classrooms.
There will be no school this Friday, March 4th for Regional Basketball at Brush High School.
Our Lady Longhorns will be playing Elbert at 10:00 am.
We will be offering a spirit bus for any students interested in going to the game. Please contact the office or email Mr. Bowers by Thursday at noon (bowersm@lonestar.k12.co.us) if you would like to attend the game.
All students/staff must pay their own admissions into the game.

The regional brackets have been released. Our Lady Longhorns will play the Elbert Bulldogs at 10 AM on Friday, March 4 at Brush High School.

Lone Star Lady Longhorn Alivia Weathers signs her letter of intent to attend Concordia College in Nebraska next year. She will be playing basketball and running track and received a scholarship for these sports. We are extremely proud of this young lady and wish her the best of luck in her future.

Wednesday: Dress them is Country club vs County Kids, Field trip to Hamilton for Select Choir leaving at 1:30pm
Thursday: Dress Theme - American Pride Day
Friday: Dress theme is FFA Colors (blue and gold) HS Basketball at Haxtun starts at 6PM
The game on Friday the 18th at Haxtun has been moved to 6pm.
Today's game starts at 3:30 with JH A girls, JH A boys, Varsity Girls, Varsity boys.
Saturday's game starts at 4 pm with Varsity girls and Varsity Boys. Our Elementary K-4 will be performing at half time of each game. Grades 3 and 4 will be during the half time of girls game and they need to be at the school at 4:15 pm. Grades K-2 will be during the half time of the boys game and they need to be at the school by 5 pm. Please meet in Miss Serrato's classroom.
