REMINDER: Junior high volleyball tournament in Otis tomorrow starting at 9 am. The schedule of games have already been posted.
The bus leaves tomorrow from the school at 8 am! If you plan on taking your athlete tomorrow to the school in Otis, please be there at 8:15 am.
Please let Coach Serrato and Janet know if you plan on driving your athlete to Otis and not riding the bus from the school. This way we have an accurate count when departing from the school.
REMINDER:
JH FOOTBALL. Be dressed and on the field at 12:30 tomorrow.
JH volleyball be dressed and ready to go at 12 in the gym.
Order of games will be C,B,A for JH and then JV and V for HS.

From Lone Star Athletics: Our JH and HS volleyball teams travel to Deer Trail tomorrow. Tri-county health department has implemented a mask mandate which Deer Trail is a part of. Any fan/athlete 2 years and above must wear a mask at their school. Please plan accordingly for your student athletes tomorrow .
All of tomorrow’s games at Hi-Plains start at 2 pm. JH volleyball and JH football at 2pm followed by HS Volleyball.
Reminder: Tomorrow the Class of 2026 is hosting a BINGO night! 5pm - 6:30pm. 1 ticket per game ($.50)/ticket).
All ages welcome with parent supervision.

From Lone Star athletics: the game this Thursday at Deer Trail has been rescheduled due to Covid at their school! We will be playing on October 20th at 4pm at Deer Trail!

These are just a JH football and volleyball game. Both will be starting at 4pm in Arickaree.
The bus will be leaving at 2:30 from the school and a pick up at Otis at 2:45. If you are bringing your athletes to the game please notify the coaches and Janet.
There is just a JH A team volleyball game tomorrow, but the coaches would still like to have everyone come if they want too and dress out. However, It is not required. Please contact Coach Serrato if you are planning to come.
There will also be a JH football game!

Bus will be leaving at 10:45am sharp from the school and there will be a pick up in Yuma at 11:10 am sharp.
From our FFA Organization: The FFA garage sale is October 16th, if you want to donate any items please bring them to the Ag shop or contact an FFA Officer to arrange a pick up. All items must be in by Oct. 12th
Reminder: Talent show forms are due by tomorrow Oct. 1st. The talent show will be held on Friday Oct. 8th at 5pm. We will have a coffee/tea and dessert bar for $3/Person to raise funds for the music department.
Tomorrow, September 29th, Lone Star will be taking all 8th-12th graders to Sterling to listen to Ethan Fisher speak at NJC. Mr. Fisher is a mental health advocate that draws from life experience to challenge, motivate, and inspire his audiences. Ethan Fisher is the founder of a non-profit organization that supports and educates students and student athletes. We will be leaving the school at 9:00 am and returning at 12:30. If you would like to opt your child out of the field trip, a form has been sent home with your student. Please sign it and return to the office. Thank you
