The Fall Sports Banquet will be held Tuesday, December 3rd at 6pm. There will be a potluck meal followed by awards for all JH and HS Fall athletes.

Salad (any type)- 5th & 6th grades
Dessert-7th & 11th grades
Main Dish- 8th, 9th and 10th grades
Seniors-it's your lucky day! You don't have to bring anything, just join us for the fun!

A message from Mrs. Muller:
Hello parents! I wanted to inform the parents who have kiddos in my classes (7th Grade ELA, High School History Courses, and American Sign Language) that I will be sending home individual progress reports for your children. I understand that many are unable to meet/having trouble meeting with teachers due to the cancellation of this semester's parent teacher conference. I hope these reports help in communicating your child's progress and participation in my classes.
These reports will be sent home with your student the old fashioned way - printed letters in an envelope!

It is that time a year again for Shop All receipts. If you would like to support Lone Star please save your receipts from Shop All and bring them to the office. You can also donate your receipts to Lone Star directly at Shop All December 4th thru December 27th.

Reminder: Junior High Boys and Girls Basketball have a game at Briggsdale on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024. Games will start at 2:00 p.m. The game bus will leave Lone Star at 11:30 with a pickup in Sterling at the ballfields by Home Depot.

As of now Rocky's bus route is cancelled tomorrow, Thursday Nov. 14th, due to Jury Duty. Parents, please make arrangements to get your kids to school.
If duty is cancelled his route will run as normal. We will send out a notification after 5 o'clock tonight. All other routes are running as normal. Thank you for your cooperation.
Good morning. Finding a time/date to reschedule parent/teacher conferences is proving to be a challenge. What we have decided to do is if you as a parent would really like to set up a time to meet with a teacher, the teachers will make themselves available for you. We will send out K-6 1st quarter report cards as well as 7th-12th first semester progress reports to all parents. Please email your teacher(s) if you would like to set up a meeting. All of our staff's emails are on on our app and on our website.
